Medhya founded Strucapin to give leaders a structural view of performance, not another framework. She works directly with executive teams in complex, regulated environments to surface where delivery depends on intervention, and to design the few structural changes that hold under pressure.

Her work blends operating model design, financial control, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on outcomes that are observable, durable, and owned by the organisation.
